I guess white culture only exists in America since it's the only country where you don't need to be an extreme right-wing nutjob to identify as white.
In Europe you have many cultures, french culture, British culture, Italian culture etc. they all share common traits but you can't really brand them as "white culture" since no one really cares about that. Peopel will say "that such a french thing to do" regardless of whether the french person in question is white, black or yellow. The only "cultures" based on race that we have are the cultures of our minorities since for the most part they have no idea what the culture of their parent's country is like and they reject their European country of residence's culture so they develop a very weird western black or Arab culture with a lot of American influence. For example, black people in France are pretty much the only people who care about identity politics, even our Arabs don't really care that much for it they were always more interested in religious issues
