Is reading along with TL audiobook good to improve my reading ability even if I don't understand anything?

Reminder that whatever language you learn, I'm proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone and learning about another culture
Reminder that language learning is a beautiful process and every day can feel rewarding as long as you keep at it
Reminder that by knowing a second language you open your world to a whole new group of people that can become new friends
Reminder to drink enough water during this weather

input

Can a chinese speaker help me translate this:

mojim.com/cny216077x5x4.htm

Specifically this line:
how to lie
tell me how to hide
how to lie
tell me how to hide

based. Thanks user, really need this. Now the main struggle is finding a good learning routine and motivation.

What are you reading in your TL today?

>Reminder that whatever language you learn, I'm proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone and learning about another culture
based
>Reminder that language learning is a beautiful process and every day can feel rewarding as long as you keep at it
based
>Reminder that by knowing a second language you open your world to a whole new group of people that can become new friends
more like fourth but based
>Reminder to drink enough water during this weather
extra based and healthpilled

>I will have finished my studies and am available to start work in July
>I will have finished my studies and will be available to start work on July
The first sounds wrong.

Why?

For context : A German asked me why it's wrong. I don't know it just sounds wrong.

Because July is in the future but "am" is in the present, I guess.

Future perfect (will have) usually pairs with future imperfect (will)

yeah it's tense agreement I guess since the latter is contingent on the former

Any recommendations on a Mandarin grammar book? There are too many on libgen and I don't know which one to choose

>怕被看出來
I'm afraid to be seen/found out
>幹嘛心裡那麼無奈 卻裝作那麼精彩
Why do I feel so helpless, but still do as if everything is great
>真心怕被出賣
I really fear being betrayed
>雖然心裡那麼無奈 卻笑的那麼痛快
Even though I feel so helpless, I still laugh happily

Something like that, cba doing the rest

New Practical Chinese Reader is the one I used when I started evening classes

Wait so it's on July?

Thanks, gonna give it a try

Thanks alot, I appreciate it user. Have a good day.

I've been inputting so much that I'm starting to get some simple thoughts with my inner voice in german. They are all subconscious of course, I am well aware that early output is a sin.
