How is Mexican food? I don't mean dumb Tex Mex but authentic shit. It seems cool

it's fine

Mexican restaurants here have a mix of the texmex and authentic mexican.

Well, it tastes like food and tacos

There is nothing authentic in your meat tostada abominations that you call tacos

>green salsa
The patrician choice

So Chorizo or Lengua with Cilantro, Onions, lime juice and hot sauce on a corn tortilla isn't authentic

Based

Good for us, not sure how euros would react to it, way more greasy and spicy than what you used to

Disgusting, green salsa is only good with seafood

It's good, very fattening if you eat a lot of it (like american food) but yeah tastes really good

Tacos are SVVEDISH

I actually found in Mexico that it was much less spicy than I imagined. Maybe its the American take that its really hot, but compared to stuff like Indian that we get here its not spicy at all

>puts red salsa on carne asada
OH NONONONONONO

It’s either really good or absolute shit. The tacos you posted in OP look really fucking good

>cilantro

Cilantro is delicious faggot

I'm sorry your soylent stomach can't handle it.

Go back to eating jamón

Why are the boxes so gigantic... what are you eating up there

For me it's Chile de árbol+cacahuate

It's called coriander in English and also, if you dislike it, you literally have a genetic defect

It's good
It's cilantro here

The difference ive found with indian is that their dishes themselves are spicy, whereas we mostly add the spicines afterwards with the salsa except for some guisos

A qué se lo pones? Se ve demasiado grasoso

>american tacos
>hard or soft shell
>seasoned beef or chicken
>cheese
>lettuce
>tomato

Mexican taco
>stanky smelly tiny corn tortilla
>greasy pile of meat

Yikes .

No soy el pero esas salsas quedan chidas con pizza y carnes rojas

For me, its Chili beans/chili con carne

why do you care what something is called in a language that you aren't even native to
If coriander people would probably think I'm retarded.

It tastes like soap to me. I don't give a fuck. I just use parsley instead of it in recipes.

Con pizza puede ir, pero a las carnes no me gusta mucho ponerles salsas aceitosas salvo el chimichurri

Aunque me quedo con la salsita verde con serrano y jalapeño

True the salsas were hotter, but it still wasn't super spicy compared to some common stuff here. Not saying that's a bad thing, all the different types of chillies you have are really cool and they're delicious, didn't realise there was such variety in them

>Yikes
