I’m writing a letter to the Supreme Court and I want to end the passage with an extremely flowery archaic English-type,
“I place my full faith in the Supreme Court of India, and that whatever decision you may take, disregarding my personal whims, and the personal whims of many other people, will be just. And I also shall state that your decision will be accepted by the masses of this nation as an order, because that is how strong our faith is in the justice system of this country. For this court has always and will continue, for eternity, God-willing, to provide justice to the people of India.”

First of all, why are you sending an English letter to an Indian court Second, do the people in the court even care for such flowery writings? Do they even care at all?
Liam Gutierrez
BRUH but like Hindi isn’t my native language I can barely speak it. I only know Tamil and English
Gavin Wood

It doesn't read well. The words are all correct, but there are way too many commas. Use full stops more to break up the sentences.
Never start a sentence with "and". That's poor practice. Consider changing "because" for "as", you don't really want to use "because" after a comma. The last sentence I get what you're going for, but it's broken up in a way that's slightly confusing. It takes too long to get to the point of what you're trying to say. I'd say front load the sentence to say the court provides justice to the people of India, then follow it up with message about it continuing for eternity.
What's it about anyway?

thx for the advice nigga I will rewrite it. The Govt is going to conduct two high school exams in September where millions are going to gather and there’s petitions in court seeking postponement
the government is hell bent on conducting the exams and so there’s a case between students and the government that has gone to Supreme Court
Jonathan Powell
no wonder indian posters on this site are crap literally all 18-19 yr old zoomers go back to rëddit or whichever shithole you came from

Your Eminence, I would to convey to you the sheer strength of my conviction of faith that I have placed in the judgments of the Supreme Court of our beloved Mother India, and that irrespective of my own personal desires and whims, and the personal whims of my fellow citizens, that the decisions of this respected institution shall remain forever just.I sense that your decision will be welcomed by the people of our country as a clear direction, because of the confidence and faith in your ability to deliver justice, that you have imbued unto the people. This court has always imparted and shall, God-willing, evermore graciously impart the people of this nation of ours with Justice.
Ryder Roberts
lmao you've got no hope. If my experience in India is anything to go by the Indian public sector is one of the most autistically inflexible institutions in the world.
Good luck I suppose.
Ayden Moore
Based gora nigga. I will incorporate this. Beloved Mother India sounds a bit cringe so I will remove that

Tomorrow or by today midnight (15 August 2020), we are going to cross 50,000 deaths due to COVID-19 in India, at the time of writing (2:00 PM) we are at 49,107 deaths. For the past 3-4 days, we are the nation with the HIGHEST number of COVID cases at around 60-70k PER DAY. When the exams were scheduled to occur in April we were reporting on 900-1000 cases.
In addition, the US government recently opened their schools and 97,000 CHILDREN (not adults) were tested positive for COVID-19 in two weeks after Mid-July.
Conducting a mass gathering of hundreds of thousands of people across the country, and millions in the case of NEET per day, is a recipe for disaster. Students do not live in a vacuum and most people in India also live with their grandparents who are at their most vulnerable. This is NOT a normal situation. It happens once in a century. We can WAIT. Many responsible nations have shown a decline in COVID cases after a period of 6-7 months. Italy reached its peak in April and the cases were largely down by end of June.
Some will argue, if we are reporting 60,000 cases a day, we are also reporting 50,000 recoveries a day. That is true, but we do NOT know the prognosis of this virus. The government itself reports that the recovered patients show worrying symptoms!! Many recovered patients are ALSO relapsing into disease once again. We do not know the long term effects of this virus.
And lastly, we are not the US, we are not Europe, we are not even China! Our economic, and medical situation is magnitudes worse than other nations even BEFORE the pandemic. India has one of the LOWEST number of doctors per capita. Bringing millions in contact with the COVID virus will strain our already strained healthcare system. Every single COVID patient with a serious diagnosis occupies a hospital bed that could have been given to somebody else.

Lol i read this copypasta all over youtube and twitter just now

'Whim' makes it seem like the court is ruling based on its feelings, and not on the law. Some judges get insulted by this. Here is one way of saying the same thing:
>I entrust my case to the judgment of the Supreme Court of India, and in doing so, I entrust it to the finest and wisest jurisprudence to which I may hope to appeal in this great nation. I have brought this case because, from the outset, I have sought justice. I believe that my case calls out for justice, and I commend it with full faith to the wisdom of this court. I commend it to the wise and just body whose decrees have provided such great and enduring judgments to the people of India. I am honoured that my case will become part of this grand legacy.
Something like that is a bit more flattering to the court.
Sebastian Lewis
Seethe more zoomer kids. The exams will happen. I will personally distribute 5 stars and vote for dalitendra for the first time just because he held the exams.
Christopher Martin

>seethe more I got 99.21 percentile in the first session. I have literally no reason to postpone the exam or even give it. I could sit at home on exam day and get a decent college.
My grandmother is a heart and asthama patient, and is 76 and we live in a small apartment. Shove it up your ass because if something happens to her I WILL track you down anyhow, and I WILL murder you. (in Counter Strike 1.6).
