First to move to Moscow you need to get a job over there first.
Secondly you will need to find a room to rent over there. If you would go to Moscow your starting salary will barely allow you to rent a room and buy necessities.
Also without owning an apartment over there you are no qualified to getting access to Moscow healthcare system for free. Only for money.
You can spend decades trying to accumulate enough wealth over there trying to buy an apartment but with the speed the prices are raising I doubt it could happen very soon meaning that the significant amount of money you will get there will be spent on rent.

I mean people say Russia is good place but it's not a good place unless what said.
Russia has a large divorce rate, bad HIV/AIDS problem and bad corruption.

You know capitals are usually better still whole country doesn't live in one city and other cities aren't really that bad like some anons portray it. You don't even need registration (unless you are foreigner maybe) And I don't know about villages you are talking about where is just 1 therapist for example and if he goes on vacation whole village population decreases. Every clinic has backups and they can't go on vacation at once, the management will just not allow them. If still that happened for some reason (I don't know they all suddenly died) you can go to other clinic (still you will have to apply for it first but they can't refuse if you have reasons beside "I don't like my previous therapist")
