This mobile home appears to be missing wheels. So it is not mobile. Just a home.
Every Russian have a dacha.
These dwellings have no foundation. Hence why they're called mobile.
Extremely Dutch post
Are there any mobile dachas in Russia?
Dumbass monky. These are called mobile homes because they have no foundatiuon and sit on wheels, which are usually removed when they are put in place but still left under or in the house so they can be put back in within a short time frame. The bottom of the house is just wooden paneling to cover up the chassis.
stayed 4 nights on an island in a small modern moblie camp home this week
it was hell
Sure, it's not like 60% of this village lives in mobiles homes like pic related.
Vgghhh... the trailer parks of swvdvn... this is what they took from you
That looks really nice ngl
You can't raise the veggies and fruits mobile.
It's pretty nice. Also, you can ski here until midsummer pretty much so there's that.
>eurobeans
They're called Eurangutans jfc you can't do anything right
>Buy mobile home.
>Don't buy the land that it is on.
>Mobile home depreciates in value since it is not it's not considered actual real estate.
>Millionaire buys mobile home park and triples the rent.
>Can't move since moving a mobile home costs thousands of dollars
>Spend the rest of your life as a wage slave.
Ah, such is live in ΛMERIKΛ
Are they all rented lots or do you actually buy the land to park your trailer on?
Is this the famous new world prosperity?
Those look like RVs
I usually fucking hate vghposting, but this image is an exception for me. V G H !
There's both. About half are permanent lots people own, with electricity, plumbing and water etc.
The rest are rented and depending on the lot, they can be very basic up to the full kahoot with the same luxuries as the owned ones.
Sometimes when someone has rented a lot for a longer period and wants to stay, the person can purchase that lot from the landowners.
There's a mix of both.
Grim conditions, you ever get powder?
That pic is literally in the middle of summer kek, so yeah pretty awful conditions.
We do get amazing powder here.
And the Scandinavian Big Mountain Championships are held here every year.
This video pretty much gives you an idea of why people live here.

What's a dacha?
>two story dacha.

>mobile home
>not actually mobile
>Actually paying the rent when the park manager is too much of a lazy slob to report it
You're not thinking enough like a true american poorfag
>Mobile, Tennessee
A summer house with a land to ploy.
Read the thread. They are mobile and can be hooked up to a tractor trailer with about 10 minutes of removing the facade around the chassis and lowering the wheels.
That video literally makes me horny. Just a few more months...
Thank you
>village
What the fuck are you talking about. They're ski bums who don't want to pay for hotel rooms.
summer house for russians usually built a few miles outside of the city. Most of them were built for soviet or tsarist big wigs in the last century but they're available to everyone who can pay now
>They're ski bums who don't want to pay for hotel rooms
Yes? I guess trailer park is a better word for it.
Also, there's isn't enough hotel rooms here to house even 10% of the people who live here during the winter season.
But Riksgränsen IS a village.
It's a ski resort.
Yes, a ski resort located in a village.
