If I had a stroopwafel right now, I would gladly share it with you, little britbro.

I won't lie tho, I don't know what a stroopwafel is. Is it a dessert? Is it better than pannenkoeken?

Kankerdoodle or Kankermongool

Sehr geil und sehr basiert!

Please come to our beaches, eat pannenkoeken, drink speciaalbiertjes and spent a lot of money!

Overhyped.

All I want to do is find love in Dutchland. I hear many Dutchmen look down on us, but there are also a few Dutch people who find us cute.

Gay lefty Bavaryan here.

On my first visit to Amsterdam, I got a bit high and walked through the streets, and sometimes I would see signs saying "verhuurt" and "verkocht" which made me giggle uncontrollably because they reminded me of "whored" and "overcooked" in German, thank you.

Thank you.

I can understand a lot of Dutch just by guessing desu

Kantor
Handuk
Maskapai
Apotek
Karcis
perboden
kakus
persneling
setrika
setrum
kelar
voorijder

Nobody looks down on Germans. There might be some post-war feelings left here and there, but in general we respect and love our German brethren, especially for their work ethic, integrity and being our number one trade partner.
Maybe some people don't like the German "Schuldenkultur/Wir schaffen das" thing, they feel like Germany wants to save the world by taking in the new Jews (Muslims) because they still feel guilty towards the Jews.

We are the most bullied group in Europe.

I do.
Around 6-8% of our language is Dutch.
Some words are mutchkin and callan(d).

Is it that much? Thought it was only a few words.

That's pretty cool, some aren't used here anymore however.
What are karcis and setrika?

Dutch crotch is superiority incarnate.

>We're a close second.

This is horrible and shocking. I can relate to your pain, little dutchbro.

Sorry, It is only 2% not 6. I got mixed.
But that's through hundreds of years of trade between Scotland and Germany and Netherlands.

do you know what they mean? which ones aren't used anymore?
>What are karcis and setrika?
Karcis=ticket (kaartjes)
Setrika=iron (strijkijzer)

Yes, most were easy to see, only little spelling differences like kantoor, handdoek, maatschappij, apotheek, verboden.

We don't use kakus (kakhuis) anymore, it feels like it's slang for toilet, in the old days the toilet stall was a separate building but not anymore.
Voorrijder isn't used anymore either, I'm not sure why, we always use escort or politiebegeleiding.

no one has said ik ook yet. i expected this thread to be spammed with ik ook

I think kakus isn't really as commonly used anymore, now people usually use toilet or kamar mandi. I think you might also know what kamar means.

Also it's interesting that here the dutch spelling for voorijder is mostly intact.
