No, it’s genuine autism. Pretty much rvery working class British teenager has listened to Oasis a fair amount. I’m 19 and they’re still immensely popular and most people like them. Americans just think Oasis is weird because they’re a rock band that became popular in the 1990s when rock music was going out of fashion in America.

America had rock music in the 90s, we were just preoccupied by grunge for the first half of the 90s and nu-metal for the second half.
Meanwhile the British were listening to happy music for some reason, which I find kind of gay.
The late 70s and 80s had way better British music because it was filled with despair.
