previous: Welcome to /extraflags/, a lovely spin-off of /flag/ except its a general for users with extra flags to discuss flags, extra flags, and autistic activities while funposting. don't have extra flags? get extra flags :^)
>What are extra flags? Extra Flags is an open-source and non-malicious plugin that adds regional flags, like states and provinces, to the already existing national flags on Zig Forums, Zig Forums, /sp/, and /bant/, by storing users' post number along with the selected regional flags, and retrieving it from a database when a thread is loaded. You can add your region's flag by requesting it on the GitLab page.
To respond to your question in the last thread, there's two ways to turn a CoA into a flag: do what Sonora described, or you flagify the CoA (i.e. you incorporate the elements of the CoA into a flag as best as you can). If you post a picture of the CoA, I'll tell you how to flagify it following the second method

is lolcow a female website? it reads like one

I made a 16x9 flag with the COA on a white background but dunno how to add gloss didn't notice you replied to me in the last thread, sry
The gloss is in the Gitlab under the flags folder (scroll down) The flag looks fine as is, if you want to go the extra mile and make it into a "true" flagified CoA, move the hill and tree down so that the hill touches the bottom of the image
Carson Davis
why does it have to touch the bottom of the image? would be kina weird since it would be off center then is that some vexicollogy rule you read about?
This is the standard for the Dutch flagified CoAs, making them match the actual CoA as closely as possible (and desu it works pretty well, the West-Frisian tree flags Alkmaar made all look really nice)
Michael Howard
ok here it is with the proper gloss how do I get it to become available in the script, or do I have to do anything else?
This is the "Dutch style variant" of the flag, yours looks fine too though so pick the one you want To make it available, make an issue in the Gitlab (first make an account with a funny name), upload the flag, and Trieste will take care of the rest
idk, your glossing looks weird to me this what i came up with >how do I get it to become available in the script go to the gitlab, open an issue and attatch the flag
thanks didn't check well enough then well on Wikipedia there's just the COA I'll try to replicate it as .gif

Yeah, for some reason random flag shops have better coverage of German flags than Wikipedia. But anyway, we have to take what we can get

99% of black people do drugs, it's just the nature of the beast. that's because Stormfront is an FBI honeypot they're usually just bicolor with the CoA smacked on the middle. I did a little experimenting with the Saarland and got a little bit done, there's a lot of flags and CoAs that have to be done. Perhaps in the future
btw, almost completed Arizona in my spare time. That state should be submitted soon and i'll do Oregon
