umm..its exposed countless racial inequities in western AND non-western institutions in society, its narrative of storytelling has helped avoid the traditional white-affirming objectivity in legal fields. Its an invaluable too in education too.

In almost all if not all of the "Western" countries the law applies exactly the same to all ethnicities and if anything the fact minorities receive additional benefits that the more successful groups do not is unfair in itself and is disrespectful towards those groups since it is publicly admitting they're not as capable as a whole and need assistance.
