Did he really never get his punishment? Did he just get away with murder?
He did go to prison, the fact that Euronymous did plan to kill him helped him get out early. Although the fact that Varg had no way of knowing that Euronymous wanted to kill him before prevented total acquittal.
to be fair varg is a euronigger
>served full sentence because he blew his parole by hijacking a car
>"he got out early"
lol
Friendly reminder that Varg spent almost all of his adult life in prison.
How the fuck does this monkey think he has any kind of moral high ground is beyond me.
You know, most people of any kind of race and ethnicity have not actually ever killed a human being.
This monkey did. And he thinks he's somehow better than most people on the planet?
he didn't get away with it and in fact the norwegian government basically violated the constitution to keep him in prison for a couple years extra
>When Vikernes was convicted, it was possible to be released on parole after serving 12 years of a 21-year sentence, but in 2002, before he became eligible, the Norwegian Parliament had extended this to 14 years. In June 2006, after serving 12 years, Vikernes was denied parole by the Department of Criminal Justice for this reason.[68] His lawyer, John Christian Elden, has complained that the policy change is a form of retroactive legislation. Article 97 of the Norwegian constitution forbids any law being given retroactive force.
He was denied parole because he literally hijacked a car and tried to escape.
Crime is generally a young male phenomenon. You could release every male in prison above the age of 40 and you wouldn't see a significant increase in crime
something he did in 2003, 3 years before he was eligible for parole
What a joke of a country. Imagine he killed 100 people...
He would NEVER be free again in America lel
Yes? That's what I said, he was denied parole in 2006 because he tried to escape in 2003... Can you read?
are you dense? they had already added the time to his sentence by then
>He would NEVER be free again in America lel
To be fair, no one is really free in America though.
>You could release every male in prison above the age of 40 and you wouldn't see a significant increase in crime
There are plenty of serial killers above 40. What a retard
>pekka kristian viikkeriläinen
>european
what did he mean by this?
>try to escape prison
>get denied parole because you tried to escape
>B-B-BUT MUH RIGHT TO PAROLE
What's so fucking hard to understand about this?
You're a fucking retard. They still violated the constitution before he escaped. He ended up serving 15 years total which is two years longer than he legally should have when you factor in the 13 months they added on.
>mfw Nordics release literal murderers to society again
What a shithole
>They still violated the constitution
There's nothing about prison sentences in our constitution, shut the fuck up retard.
>He ended up serving 15 years total which is two years longer than he legally should have when you factor in the 13 months they added on.
He added the extra time on himself, by trying to escape prison. This is not hard to understand.
He's a dindu good boye
>There's nothing about prison sentences in our constitution, shut the fuck up retard.
Can you read?
>Article 97 of the Norwegian constitution forbids any law being given retroactive force
Fucking retard. He should have served 13 years and 1 month.
Filtered.
Well, you have both the possibility to lock people away for life but still have prisoners who commit crimes again when they are released. Meanwhile, we have neither. There's only been a single case of a murderer killing someone again after being released in the last 40 years iirc. Explain that, burger.
I work with a convicted murderer, well worked, he was fired
>There's only been a single case of a murderer killing someone again after being released in the last 40 years iirc
Source? It's still a reason to lock up killers until their death.
Our supreme court found that it didn't violate the constitution.
Some edgy underaged blackmetaller from shitposting-country #1 says it did.
Hmmm... i wonder who's right here.
I've seen this guy every day since I've come to Zig Forums and who is this guy?
I was wrong, the real number is three, not one. It's only until 2002, I'll try to see if there are any new cases after that.

In fact, we've had more murders in prison, where people kill other inmates, than released murderers killing after their sentence is served.
I only find news articles using the same source, all saying how rare it is that people kill again after having served prison for murder. The specific case that prompted this articles was about someone who murdered someone in 1987 and should have been sentenced to "sikring" but wasn't. We don't use sikring anymore, we use "forvaring" which is a lot stricter and potentially infinite if you're deemed unfit for being released back into society by a panel of judges, psychiatrists and people working in the prison. Sikring, which is the old form, had a time limit.
Who ?
Norwegian black metal musician who killed somebody
Louis Cachet, known for being the only white frenchman.
I love how frequently he changes his name to match his latest persona.
