Are there any North Korean refugees living in Russia?
The border doesn't seem to be much protected from satellite imagery. Would they get asylum in Russia or will they get sent back?

For many, they see it as abandoning the homeland. Some try, and some of those who do get handed back over to North Korea. More go through China, though.

chinese increased their gdppp but not by much, they are building this belt and road but so far until they finish, you are better off being korean than being chinese (on average, some chinese like in hong kong are richer than average koreans but they have their own problems)
