Vietnam is so based and the strongest Southeast Asians. The smartest Asians are Thais. They didn't go to war with any white countries but didn't become colonies.
Singapore was pretty impressive
The Philippines because it's the coolest
All are based because we are all BLACK
Won't even stand up for your own country here?
Phillipines
didnt they fold immediately to japan when you guys start expanding to SEA?
That wasn't really a submitting to imperialism thing as much as it was Japan promising to act as anti-imperialist liberators of Asia. It's only after occupation that the Vietnamese found out they were full of shit and put up a tough resistance war.
We have maid slaves so we are kinda based
They allied the Japanese.
not us that's for sure
I kneel for Filipino chads
Vietnam > Myanmar > Singapore > Cambodia > Thailand > Philippines > Laos > Indonesia > Brunei > Malaysia

Just to be clear, I wasn't talk about the vietnamese. I mean thailand fold right away when japan came down

Anybody know the history care to explain to me quickly what's up with the whole burma/ myanmar thing? Is it just regional naming?

No. The seas splitted us long time ago.
What in the world would they be seething for? They're the most based country in their region of the world.

Is there a lot of "artifact" remain from the dutch colonization days?
ie building, structures, loan words, cuisine
None, all are shit
yes
Okay but are the languages still grammatically similar?
Found the Amerikike
Yes, there are a lot, notably in Java. We have quite a good track of preserving them imo.
I don't know. There are more than two langauges of course so depends on which ones you are comparing. But I heard Filipino (tagalog) is more complex grammatically than Indonesian/malay
Even Indonesia's ethnic groups can't understand each other using their own native languages.
But yeah the family as a whole have some unique grammars, such as partial or full reduplication. AFAIK most of them lack genders, for example.
Unironically us. We have a lot of Cambodian and Myanmar illegal workers to build our country while their country becomes shithole.
>Unironically us
That's cringe, dude
Not really, in given contexts. His use of it was okay enough.
Singapore. Their internet is pretty amazing. I get lower latency playing Deep Rock Galactic with them than my friend that is within the same city.
What is the correct way of using then burgerbros? I want to learn more about English.
Indonesia because we have hololive

Just don't sound like a teenage girl who uses twitter or a weed-smoking libertarian/socialist zoomer and you should be fine.
