They wouldn’t unless there was financial incentive, which is the issue. I work with contract manufacturers, a lot of whom get their parts from China, as part of my job and there’s from the executive mouths there’s a strong desire to divest in China. There is just no economic incentive or ability to do so really. There are actually even other markets which a lot more attractive, they are just harder to crack for a whole bunch of reasons.
