I can drink a bottle a night of 90 proof, but it sucks. I find that anything over 500ml sucks but if I stick to 500ml I'm fine. I think the most I've done is 1L of hard stuff or 24+ beers but that is horrible the next day. Really when it comes to binging it is completely about volume/time. You could drink a handle a day if you just rationed it over the day but that is what leads to withdrawals. If you just binge once a day you will just get a hangover which can be dealt with by just drinking electrolytes and saunaing. Fucking corona has slowed me down as I can't sauna which is one of my biggest loves at the gym. Nothing better than coffee, lifting, then sweating out the evil in the sauna while drinking a gallon of water.

when i went to japan, i saw a shady guy hanging around a half passed out salaryman. i tapped the salaryman on the shoulder and told him to be careful and he pretended i wasn't there as soon as he looked at me and realised i was a foreigner. i walked across the road and pointed the situation out to some police, and they pretended they'd do something then walked farther away, seemingly dawdling. i'm pretty sure he stole his wallet or phone as i'd left because i could see he moved in close with very suspicious mannerisms.
