Hot chocolate with marshmallows.
Post American cuisines you had been thinking gross but actually tasted decent
grilled cheese sandwich :)
Our food tastes good though...
>you’re one of you
And this tasted horribly nice, for real.
very happy for you mr. japan
i like to put ham or tomatoes in it sometimes
My brother watched a clip of that, and said he’s gonna try on his own, because he wants to do anything he watched in anime (he’s an elder one).
I checked the recipe of Japanese one and American one beforehand, just in case. And I told him so
>”so, what’s the difference”
>”The major difference is that they add melted butter to the dough before baking, and I think that’s the key”
>”Follow the original recipe”
I’m convinced that’s the key.
>ham and tomato
Hmm sounds bit gross and I’ll try.
Why did you think hot chocolate would be gross?
Why do you think ham and tomatoes would be gross? Also don't use too much butter, just enough to brown the bread.
Also what do you think of apple pie
>Hot chocolate with marshmallows
Sorry, I only put cheese in my hot chocolate
fuck forgot pic
how is adding marshmallow to chocolate even cuisine
I think they meant they thought adding marshmallows would be gross.
Do japs and europoors really not have hot coco? sad
I made a post a while ago about how gross I thought german Mett might be but it actually looks kinda lecker
This.
>Marshmallows? That slimy substance of bad smell sticking to my teeth? into hot chocolate? Seriously?
After drinking
>oh so this is American chemistry
And the reason why I thought ham and tomato seemed gross was I thought I should pour maple syrup on it as well. And that’s the way, right?
And minutes ago I noticed in original recipe an American guy was adding buttermilk to the dough, not butter. But honestly it tasted better than the Japanese recipe which uses yogurt which is practically the same as butter milk (I kept a third of the dough to make it).
And as for apple pie, it was in my place before I was born, so it’s a natural phenomenon.
i thought this was a crow from the thumbnail
i was wrong, it's a cat
>buttermilk
>maple syrup
What are you talking about, you just take two slices of white bread, put cheese, ham, tomato, onion (ham tomato and onion are all optional, you can replace ham with bacon as long as you cook the bacon before hand). Then put the stuff between the bread slices and put butter on each side and grill until the cheese is melted
Also if you made bacon for it you can just make it in the bacon grease instead of butter
>that’s an ordinary sandwich!!
What I have been talking about was the
>bacon pancake
That’s an invention.
Oh I think the guy who said ham and tomatoes was talking about grilled cheese, those ingredients would be gross in a bacon pancake.
If you're talking about bacon pancakes you're right about buttermilk and maple syrup
Another thing you might have heard of is chicken and waffles
The important thing is ensuring the consistency isn't gross and that there is a perfect balance between the sweetness of the dough and the savory flavor of the butter and bacon.
so im getting drunk with cola and vodka and juice and vodka cocktails and thanks to this thread i bought marshmallows as a snack
is it a cuisine too?
Thanks for your pro tips.
I think the recipe of
>tomato juice, vodka, black pepper and salt, lard, and marshmallows
will work for you.
hm, i got some lard in the freezer
no black pepper tho
well it's basically sugar
I ask the same thing about fish and chips
For me it's the pizza hobo pie
looks tasty
got the recipe?
Is marshmallows in hot chocolate really just an American thing? Hot chocolate(and Marshmallows) has had such a long history all across the world I would have figured combining them would have happened sometime before the USA.
Funfact: Hot chocolate has been a thing since the ancient Mayan times and Marshmallows(at least an early form) have been a thing since ancient Egypt.
chicken and waffles taste so good
how do you make coco?
It's really simple
Two slices of buttered bread with pizza stuff in between, made in a campfire pie iron
