That's actually wrong since those people would otherwise be perfectly healthy if the virus hadn't destroyed their immune system. Corona kills only people who were already sickly and infirm even before infection.

In any other case a person dying from an opportunistic infection like corona while suffering a previous condition would be considered to have died from "complications of (whatever prior disease they had)"
