That's the Saline one. We're not going to make a saline lake, we are going for a fresh one, but that's a big project, and we wouldn't have a water source that can supply it with water continuously until we finish the Congo river project, and I doubt it will happen in my lifetime. The plan is making a new Nile branch from the Nasser lake passing through some Oases, and finally, the water reaches the Qattara depression forming the lake. There's also some salt deposits in the Qattara depression which will also need some work to remove.

It's better if we focused on the East med gas for now, and guess what the Pharaoh is focusing on?

Some companies are working on the oilfield there until 2028 if I remember correctly, so there's still some time until we can even start to do anything.
