>€300,000

I think is even more than that

>Utrecht
>Nordoid
lmao only in the deepest undeveloped global South

umm
self employed construction worker here (i run my own construction crew and company but it is faaaaar far far less impressive than it sounds, i got like 1 regular guy and 3 more boomers who jump in when they are available as a hobby and 2 more old guys who are in their pension but feel bored sitting on their ass and they all work part time, and 'the company' isnt even registered properly so its mostly cash business)

anyway i am not memeing but i think i could build that place for 9000 euros
just build it, i am not accounting for furniture and for land ownership and for any of that
like just actual building of the place would take ~a month and cost you 9000 euros if you would subcontract it to me
it could be also classified as a non-permanent building and require very few licences too (at least here)

>300.000$

Still much better than a commieblock

>terraced low density house
>only 2 direct neighbors
>2 storeys of your personal space
>your own backyard and garage
>perfectly maintained

God I wish it was mine

its a fucking shack tho
an amateur can build that shit
it requires almost no complex construction methods or calculations or materials or anything

i dont get it, it is seriously not impressive, it would take you like a few months of saving to afford to build it

What would you charge though? And how would the price change if you worked for first world wages?

I don't care if it's impressive, I only care that it looks nice and cozy and I wish we had strict planning rules that only allowed such housing to be built and not these huge ugly houses built individually so every house in the street looks different and it creates visual chaos.

>macedoncucks live in pic

actually average Macedonians live in something like pic rel, pretty good housing for country's meager GDP per capita (just like in all of ex-yugoslavia than punches way above its weigh in terms of housing)

yeah they live better than ukrainians for sure

>DID YOU KNOW DUTCH URBAN DESIGN USES BIKES????

dude weed bikes canals whores who needs anything more?

9000 euros IS the price i'd charge lmao, that would pay for materials and machines and the crew and everything lmao
i'd look up the construction market and then just undercut it hard if i was doing it in the 1st world
but generally speaking, 1st worlders just add another zero so the 9000 project would be a 90000 project over there
its a hard work but i kinda enjoy it too, very fulfilling

>Utrecht
>Nord

stupid shiptar

car centric urban design is cancer
it ruins the city

here is your 2 Mio mansion, sir

Show us what you built in the past

Yes, it's interesting how former long gone wealth has an impact on their current well being. Ex-yu countries look better not only than ex-USSR but even than Balkan EU countries like Romania and Bulgaria despite being nominally poorer.

>Nordids pay €600,000 to live in a hospital

where have you been for so long fyrombei?

They look completely meme tier because they're most likely build as an afterthought when some room cleared up. Anyway the sideview reveals they're pretty big + have a yard + are in a good part of Utrecht.
Probably 400k minimum

Attached: house.jpg (1917x763, 419.45K)

That's a garbage part of a garbage city. Less than 200k for a house there.

>that visceral hate of nordic countries

You will kill your mother for live in any nordic country for 5 years.

it must have been built by a Belgian immigrant

It's in one of the largest cities in the Netherlands, so yeah it's expensive. You can get cheaper houses in more rural areas

i dont want to get doxed but there is one small serbian village a little bit away from belgrade where not many people live, and i've build ~50% of that village
that is all a 100% my work, ive also worked along much larger companies in construction of bridges, roads, railways, houses and facilities of all kinds

my "specialization" are metal constructions but i can also work concrete, brick laying, support beams, carrying walls, facade, roofs, foundations you name it, but a lot of the times i take the metal skeleton job especially for large warehouses and factories and then after my metal profiles are tailored, welded, built and installed i let other people carry on
and i also worked as a helper with smaller jobs like heat, water, ventillation, electrical work, etc

No, our cities are full of these. They're called Vinex wijken though it's often not the right term.
Difference between a Belgian house and Dutch house is that Belgians all have their own weird house while we have a block with the same weird ones.

Do people in Serbia still build their houses individually or real estate developers and cookie cutter suburbs become more common?

EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!!

Dutch planning is great tho. The concept of woonerf has become very big here in recent times.
