No, the gap between US sexual values now and mid 20th century is as big as the one between Weimar Germany and pre-WW1 German Empire
It rouses demographics that gain stability over traditionalism, which is not much on its own but can lead to populist sentiment when combined with people getting poorer

weimar germany didn't have a lot of cultural checks that keep authoritarianism away like America does. Almost all countries in the western world practice a "freedom from" way of thinking. Freedom from poverty, medical expenses, racism, etc. America practices a "freedom to" way of thinking. Freedom to speak however you'd like, press, market, guns, etc. This way of thinking is extremely individualistic by nature and makes any sort of radicalized movement a lot harder to gain traction. You can also add a multiplier on top of this because America is not a nation ethnic peoples, it's literally a nation built on the ideals i said earlier, bound together in mutual agreement and protection of those ideals.
