Vaca atolada, yucca and beef cooked together until the yucca gets a bit gluey and really soft. Quite good IMO.
Mostly eaten in countryside parts of São Paulo and neighbouring states.
The name means "bogged down cow".

This is a marionberry, a type of blackberry first crossbred in Marion County, Oregon by a bunch of dipshit scientists from Oregon State University who wanted to improve on something that was already perfect.

In WV our only local fast food chain, Tudors, has something similar looking to that call "The Big Tater". Fried potatoes, eggs, cheese sauce, white gravy, and bacon and/or sausage

Farofa de içá - fried cornmeal with ant butts.
By no means common across Brazil, it's eaten just in a specific region in São Paulo AFAIK.

>cabbage, carrot, radish, soy beans, fish
The texture doesn't look exciting, but the ingredients are standard fare for a soup/stew.
