Those are Bangladeshis but india is a very sexually repressed place. This can be said for the entire subcontinent from Afghanistan where they fuck young boys and goats to India and Bangladesh wheee they do creepy shot like this.
A lot of it is Islamic influence. Most women in rural areas of India dress like this. It’s only in liberated and educated circles do women dress normally and those people are like 5% of the total population
