Did they far outnumber the Europeans or were they braver than South American natives and could defeat them?
I wished South American countries had interesting native cultures in the present like Mexico and central America with the Mayas and Aztecs and all that, instead of them having been decimated by Eur*s.
Only Bolivia and Peru are Based in this forsaken continent. They were somewhat spared from eur*'s antics from back in the day
COLUMBIA IS WHITE welcome to EU my fellow white friend. How is your day? Very good because you are white, ofcourse!!!!
Connor Brooks
Venezuela tried to be based but their grip leap forward caused them to trip a little due to oil
Levi Clark
you wished, e*ro from down under. Even worse, this place is diversity central, once again due to e*ros
Jason James
Our natives fewer and were cultureless apes with no writing and no glories worth preserving, so who cares
Matthew Reyes
If you wanna have a glimpse at what America will turn into by 2060 look no further than Colombia or Venezuela, or Brazil.
Jordan Hall
>with no writing and no glories And this is somehow bad? Look at the Sentinelese. They live in happiness without anyone meddling in their lives, they don't even have to pay taxes and live in tightly knit communities probably happier than you or I will ever be
Jonathan Roberts
Aztecs dor exist anymore
And yes we have more indios around because they where both more numerous and advanced than the south americans
Adrian Price
I guess that's a cause of national unity. Down here there is really no sense of brotherhood among people
Liam Diaz
>I guess that's a cause of national unity What, having natives? No not really, our concept of national identity and national unity comes from Jose Vasconcelos wich was all about MUTT PRIDE WORLDWIDE, look him up he influenced all of latinamerica, chances are part of your own national identity comes from that dude
David Jones
Bro skin colour doesn't matter lmao.
Henry Ramirez
>look him up he influenced all of latinamerica, chances are part of your own national identity comes from that dude Cringe, southern Mexico and Guatemala should be an independent country, same for Peru and Bolivia
Julian Martin
Mexicans and Northern Natives are mutted as fuck dude. The number of purebloods (or at least 90%+) is pretty low.
Luke Gray
Lol they are primitive and eat their own shit
Lincoln Carter
national identity here is based mostly on recent things that don't even have deep roots, there isn't a millenary culture to speak of and that's sad af. I feel like I could be easily BTFO by a Peruvian or Mexican when talking about cuture. Fuck it's no coincidence that you also have the best food in the continent, even ingredients used worlwide have etymological roots in the nahualt or inca languages
>they are primitive nothing wrong with this >eat their own shit sauce?
Landon Jackson
>The number of purebloods (or at least 90%+) is pretty low. Absolutely not the case in Mexico, they have the largest indigenous population in absolute numbers and the majority isn't mixed, either way, there's another section of the population that's actually unmixed natives that don't identify as such because they literally don't know they're unmixed
Eli Jenkins
>in canada 20% is pretty low You stoopid. Fuck indios doe, they're as useless and alcoholic as your tipi monkeys.
William Garcia
Aren't the indigenous voting blocks keeping things down in Ecuador and Bolivia? They support shitty communist leaders, from what I can tell.
Evan Jenkins
tons of Mexicans live in New York now, and most of them look to be at least 75% indigenous. They mostly come from Puebla and Oaxaca, as opposed to the rest of the US where they tend to be from Northern or Central Mexico.
Owen Brown
in the US especially. they're breeding themselves out of existence
Owen Edwards
you need to leave records and infrastructure behind if you want a culture to survive a lot of tribes in the region had no written language or complex architecture I even heard the theory that the Incan Empire itself would generally establish "client tribes" and either incorporated them, or wiped them out if they were a threat, meaning we might be missing a few tribes with relatively good potential, even before the Spaniards showed up
Josiah Lee
>Fuck indios doe, they're as useless and alcoholic as your tipi monkeys. Watch out dude, some chicanolard SJW will seethe at your post and call you 'pathetic self-hating mestizo' or some shit like that këk
Caleb Scott
Visit chiapas or oaxaca, they have a lot of pure blood indios
Jeremiah Lopez
Mestizo Mexicans in the cartels are literally ruining the country, how are Indios any worse?
Mason Sullivan
Oaxacans tend to have black admixture
Jace Lopez
In here being a native Is More tied to cultura than blood itself, you have yo speak a native language and be from a native communitty, those linda of people are around 10% of the population and even if they probablly are mixed to an extent they are easily 90% full indio, plus theres a whole lot of mexicans that do not identify as actual natives but still may be around 90% in some regions
Isaiah Long
Cringe
Isaiah Watson
exactly. Indio in Latin America seems to refer to the ones who maintain a native lifestyle, not just some indigenous looking guy who lives in Mexico City or wherever.
Caleb Russell
it doesn't really matter, all of Latin America is now like Puerto Rico which gets its culture from black American ghettos
Adam Roberts
>Oaxacans tend to have black admixture They dont, they have afromexican communities in isolated coastal areas where slaves runaway and remained almost unmixed but outside of those places its not as noticeable, african admixture Is More evidente amongst the general population in Veracruz
Caleb Cruz
I'm pretty sure genetic testing has revealed them to have some African admixture on average. Only like 10% or so, but that can slightly change your physical appearance.
Daniel Adams
Nigga preetty much everyone in México without inmigrant parents have SOME degree of african admixture, true Center of blackness in México is Veracruz both for having more easily evident african traits present in the population and for african elements in the state culture, Oaxaca Is indigenous
