tell me something about congo
oh yes
nothing
why?
ask yourself
84.07 millions of people live there
Don't need to know
Not defending it. its a stupid attitude.
youre missing the point stupid monkey.
He's not wrong theres no difference between mexico, the congo or france to us
I can tell you about the Congo (somewhat) it was once taken over by Belgians and the Chinese have been running some “business” there lately pretty much starting colonialism 2.0
Not all Americans? Because most posters here are young? Because most posters here are lazy and cba?
not talking about 4channel posters only and that doesnt explain that attitude anyway.
Hard to explain, it’s a rather complex topic. As a short summary here is my speculation; there is no perceived “need” to know about other countries for the average American. If one wants to see pretty much any climate they can travel within US borders. English is the lingua franca of the world, so they can be lazy. The average American occupies himself with sports ball and mindless television as opposed to learning about other cultures or even our own history.
no older people are like this too lol
Because we are based
Based on what, fat?
Harharhar
Because it hasn’t been said before.
because it's a testament of how relevant we are and everyone else isn't
some rando Europoor knows more about US politics than a rando mutt and it's because we are the center of the world and we don't have to have to care about others
not arrogant just stating facts
amerikkkans value stupidity. they dont even know about their own country
Fuck off whoever you non american weirdos are
>american world dominance from 1950 to 2000 creates a massive grudge that the rest of the world still holds to this day
>non americans vent this grudge by shitting on americans for anything and everything
>a stupid comment is fine if its made by a non american but if a stupid comment is made by an american its instantly archived by 5000 different foreign scribes to add to their documents proving americans are stupid
>eventually americans get tired of non americans holding them to impossible standards and just embrace the identity of being proudly ignorant
you guys will never ever accept this truth but you brought it on yourselves. at a certain point when everyone is going to call you ignorant no matter what you just decide you might as well be actually ignorant
They pretend to have better things to do like spending their days on Zig Forums
Why do Mexicans want to leave Mexico so badly?
so many seething am*ricans itt. didnt expect that desu
One thing is being ignorant about something and another very different thing is being proud of being ignorant about something.
>american world dominance from 1950 to 2000
That's simply not true. American only had "world dominance" after the fall of the URSS, so the 90's and 2000's at best. 2010's and onward was the rise of the dragon.
Do you ever get tired of being a chinaboo, I recognize you from every thread as the Brazil CCP shill
cringe/cope but theres no point arguing because it doesn't change the point in any way. the rest of the world is still seething about getting btfo by usa for decades even though we stopped owning the world a while ago. thats what causes us to embrace the ignorant label you gave us. when i started using Zig Forums as a kid in the late 2000s, i had no hatred of other countries at all. i just thought it was cool to talk to people from across the globe. but there are tons of anons here from countries that barely ever cross my mind, who obsess over my country and dream of killing me for being a citizen of it. once you realize that its not banter and these people are legitimately seething psychopaths you just stop caring about what they think and embrace the cocky character. this is true for almost all americans on international forums
Saying the US had "world dominance" is not even a stretch, but outright propaganda/shilling, for the period 1950-2000. Some well-known economists/thinkers would argue against me, including many teachers of mine, but I can't see the Chinese as anything but another superpower in the making, greatly affecting how the US is able to exert its influence worldwide. Their great obstacle is managing to destroy, eventually, the dollar, if they want to be true heavyweights.
you are known for beans, taco bell, and mowing lawns
seething
Unfortunately the US deserves most of the hate.
and as a result the rest of the world unfortunately deserves our arrogance. funny how that works
You can be arrogant, that doesn't excuse you from being brain dead and that's the point of this thread. If you are ~arrogant while being proud of ignorance, that just make you look silly.
he explained to you earlier why that is the case
Same reason we brag about only speaking English. You learn English and learn about other countries because you don’t matter. You are forced to out of your inferiority to clamor for relevancy.
>that doesn't excuse you
sure it does
>that just make you look silly
you'll think that no matter what i do, thats the point
It was an AnCap's wet dream 120 years ago.
seething lmao
