I never heard a gunshot but there was a car crash near by house once, it's a very long and straight road and I suspect the crash was caused by idiots who like to use it for street racing.

I've lived in slightly ghetto areas and close to actual ghetto so I've heard gunfire in the distance at night but recently I was in a really ghetto black area and there was a drive by just down the street so I left.

I hear gunshots a couple times per year (hunters) and the damn foxes/deer screaming like demons in the night but other than that, no.

Some guy got arrested for waving a gun around and threatening people a couple of years ago near where I live. Never heard any gunshots unless you count the army doing their artillery testing or whatever it was they were doing.
