I don't really get his beef with frozen food. Sure, not every meal served in a restaurant should be a microwave meal but
1. You often hear that frozen vegetables are actually better than fresh, because frozen vegetables can't really decay the same way fresh ones can and they tend to be just as good when served (I hate frozen broccoli though)
2. What are you supposed to do with the excess food? Throw it away?
