I like to frequent the Serbian grill in the old town and order pljeskavica. I prefer the 'gourmand' one, which is infused with bacon and cheese, and for toppings I take a coating of urnebes (a red pepper/white cheese spread) and ajvar (another pepper sauce, but sweet), and onions. It's great!

turkish kebab is way better than balkans variations.

Its a mix of different meats, depends on the region
There are probably places in big cities in UK where you could get one and in Greece they make it for our tourists but its not as good as the real thing. Its all about the way you make meat and lepinja

I will never understand why balkanites like sarma so much. Maybe cause you don't have a culture of making decent soups in the winter and eating sauerkraut with meat dishes? It's just sour-tasting rice and mince.

it is a great combo, but pljeskavica meat and kajmak and other stuff makes it perfect
In chicago and areas with a lot of serbs there are probably places where you could eat it
if you come to serbia you won't be disappointed
