As someone who works in a pharmacy diabetics annoy the hell out of me. They always need 10+ meds because being a diabetics means your body actively tries to kill you non-stop.
Nope. I was checking prices for Levemir out of curiosity. If you are in IMSS or ISSSTE, if there are existences, you get it for free, if not, about $22 USD per vial. Those bastads sell the same thing for $350 USD to you... And about a third of you all are perfectly ok with that.

Not really. Insulin costs ₹130 ($1.7) so even poor people can afford it. Drugs are very cheap in India since they are locally made with government subsidies with affordability in mind. These drugs are also exported to other countries as well.
