All countries which are presently developing countries, will become even worse shitholes over the next 50 years due to environmental problems, collapse of globalism and the US-led world order, and the end of the fossil fuel economy. All countries which are somewhat developed, are stuck in the middle income trap and will gradually regress to developing status in the same time.

Philippines and Indonesia will balkanize due to political and religious extremism as a result of the population growth outpacing economic growth and environmental issues such as the sinking of Jakarta and food security issues. All the Mekong Delta countries (Thailand, Cambodia, Laos etc) will have their agricultural sectors destroyed by Chinese dams. Wars will break out all over the region.
Singapore is the only first world country will likely be destroyed by refugees from its neighbors swarming it unless they become a police state like apartheid South Africa.

Majority of the population of the region, if not Chinese slaves, will be refugees living in East Asia, Australia and the West by the end of the century. Then they will have to fight against refugees from the collapse of India and the Middle East who will be swarming Europe.
