This Somali user has picked out two shitty flags. He has good taste in knowing bad flags. That device on the fly of Zambia's flag has always been stupid, it should be on the hoist.

This turkish user is stupid since he's clearly referring to tricolors. Some tricolors are stupid but the basic idea is far better than the seal crap. As long as it's unmistakable like France or Germany.

It's slightly busy but it isn't terrible tbqh. It uses simple geometric forms and it isn't full retard.

The Seychelles has the best flag along these lines among the African flags. I know there's this joke of "gay pride flag" about it but it's an objectively great design. The radial fanning of the colors is unlike almost any other flag. This makes it unmistakable. There's no seals or crap. The bright colors suggest sunrise, optimism and reaching for the future, and even suggest the geography of the place: toward the right of the African continent. But the best part of all is the geometry. The flag is 1:2 and the endpoints for the sectors are on the 2/3rd's points of each side. This means that all five sections are distinct geometric shapes, but four triangles have the same area, except for the red quadrilateral, which is twice the area of the others. This is an extremely elegant mathematical design

The Seychelles is objectively one of the best world flags by every meaningful metric.
