Kek there's a highway like that in Serbia too (Nis-Sofia highway), doesn't mean Serbian infrasctucture isnt a shithole. Actually visit Turkey before speaking, it's not even close to European standards

Yes, Serbia has very good roads and housing standards. But Bulgaria is the worst country in Europe in this case (maybe Moldavia is worse but there's no street view there so I can't compare)
