why did europeans stop wearing traditional european clothing that was a staple for thousands of years?
most of the world still wears their cultures traditional clothing, why did europeans abandon it almost instantly after the 1st and 2nd world wars in favor of the american suit&tie + tshirt&jeans?
Cuz I do not wanna wear this stupid hat 24/7. That is enough of a reason to me.

Clothing is pretty much the same all around the world nowadays, you need to go to some deep village in africa or go to Saudi arabia where people do mostly wear their traditional clothings.
