No. The truth is that basically no one cares about racemixing here, hell, 95% of the population is mixed to some degree already and we have the notion of "racial democracy" floating around, albeit that is dying out because of what said.

It started within marginal groups of the left but have since escalated into the mainstream. Still there is some internal pushback(Lula said a few months ago that they should stop doing that, but I don't know if it fell on deaf ears or not).

PT was in power for over a decade and the MST still haven't got what they want. The best thing that could happen for the left wing was Lula dying in a way they can put the blame on someone in the right.

It is more complicated than that. Basically we have a lot of legislation and policies that would very radical for the US political landscape(even if there is some private reservations about it), but at the same time we lack the same racial hysteria that burgers have(albeit the burger-influenced media is slowly getting there), were even drinking milk is regarded as a racist.
Honestly I have no clue what might happen in the long run because the culture war seems to steadily becoming worse worldwide and that include us as well.
