There are Japan vloggers but are there China vloggers, Taiwan vloggers, or Korea vloggers?

This desu. It's the same for all Asians, really. If you go to Baidu, you'll see thousands of videos which are basically "foreigner/non chinese reacting to Chinese city/technology, etc" that are watched by a lot of people.
I know a bit of Japanese so I often watch JP side of youtube as well. They have quite a few videos on this stuff too. IIRC Japs have a TV show which was dedicated to showing foreigners being surprised by Japan and praising it. Same with Filipinos, Pakis, Indons, etc.
I think people just have a soft spot for hearing their countries being praised/validated. Tbh I do see such comments even when someone makes a video on European countries as well, but it's way more common to see such reception by asian people. Could have to do with how there's usually a lack of validation of such countries in popular media, so when someone actually does it, they end up feeling a sense of pride/happiness.

I myself tend to avoid these videos as I know it's mostly a sham to farm lots of views lol.

I really like his videos and he seems like a cool guy, but his whole "I'm a brit I'm so pessimistic and cynical" style of humour wears down after a while.

Japan vloggers are adjusted people.
China vloggers would sell their mother to vampires if it raised the national GDP.
Taiwan vloggers get disappeared.
Korea doesn't need vloggers to show the suicide corpse clogged rivers and streets, they show idols on the edge of a psychotic breakdown with enough botox injected in them to secure the death of all life three times over.

But as for the latest video, I am bit worrying if google gives some penalty to his channel blaming for encouraging viewers to trespass on private properties of other people (the abandoned love hotel).
