American sweets

>american sweets
greasy, overly sweet, sloppily dressed, carelessly thrown into a box

>japanese sweets
totally no grease, mildly sweet (just right), delicately made with care, so pretty its almost a shame to eat it

why is this the case?
is it an american thing to have total disregard for aesthetics?
or do people here just dont appreciate such things?

i really wish i was back in japan

I've been to Japan and their sweets are absolutely atrocious. So are American by European standards, but Japanese are even worse.
Chocolate especially in both countries is inedible.

Cope
The entire world loves and eats American sweets

>he is obsessed with sweets
Are you guys even grown ups?

A friend who went to Japan on a business trip brought me back some of these cantaloupe candies and they were pretty good

That being said, nothing gets better than these

Why do SEAsians always brag about Japan? You do realize you aren't Japanese, right?

you forgot to mention the part where sweets on the right cost 3x as much as the doughnuts on the left, bugman

It has to be this way.

>overly sweet
Oh, it seems you don't know about Arabic sweets yet.

when i went to america and ate hershey's chocolate i felt sick. it's fucking horrible. why do americans do this?

Cringe. Chocolate made without the spoiled milk flavor is completely disgusting. I would vomit on finnish clay if I had to eat european chocolate

What, milk chocolate? All chocolate brands I have ever had taste roughly the same by type. Maybe you should have tried dark.

Hurrrrr

It's true that the Japanese don't do much to decorate their food.
So I was content to use a variety of dinnerware.

What is the euro obsession with hershey's? Other chocolate exists.

No not really, its more an iconic candy than a popular one
Its like Coke, there's millions of other ones you can choose from but when I say ''soda" that's what you think of

>Japan sweet
Bland. Literally sugar with shape, same flavor every time. You pretty much eat a decoration.

>japanese be like "hmm... im gonna eat this toy"

Less grease, less tasty

Did you know that 70% of Singapore's population is of Chinese descent?

Did you eat the black ones lmao
