Anglos can be considered vikings at this point.

clearly you've never heard a Finnish person speak

also
>Finland
>Scandinavia

English is the closest related language to ours.
Exclude Finland, they suck at English.

our education

>implying

Not all of us are uncultured idiots who speak the so called "rally english" (which is just a massive cope for insecure people that won't even attempt to pronounce shit correctly).

We literally hear english all the time from TV series and movie etc. I don't know how some people manage to be such retards that they don't learn from those.

>why is their english so good
Because their language is related to English and they only dub children's movies unlike Germans or Frogs for example.

No we don't. People are just unsecure to pronounce shit correctly. Meanwhile I can recognize a Swedish accent all day every day no matter who speaks it.

No culture of their own.

no, being anglo means having anglo-saxon descent, they can never be anglo
wtf is up with this board lmao

>and they only dub children's movies unlike Germans or Frogs
Actually watching The Hobbit in German right now hehe.

No we don't. Even it's not related to our language in any level but we're enough smart to learn it.

It's so cringe when you see hollywood actors but then it's dubbed. Can't you read subtitles? What are you muricans?

Even people who "attempt to pronounce correctly" have awful spoken English. Finns don't know shit about tone or stress because we don't need them in Finnish and they literally don't teach you how to pronounce English until university level.

We may be in 100 years, but we still use north germanic languages in kindergarten and most manatory schools, and the news are still in north germanic.

Lots of people can't speak properly though and have to rely on english in day to day speech.

USA is our fetish and we try to copy everything they do

CRINGE

I don't get it. My opinion was pretty much same.

Yeah, I don't know why you bothered typing a reply

>I don't get it

he doesnt even get it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't generalize dude. I would say that I have a very mild accent when I speak English and it's better than what most non-native speakers can do. Even fucking parrots learn how to say words. You have no excuse.

But yeah Swedes always sound like faggots even when speaking English. And slavs can never hide that they are slavs. Call me biased but I actually like the natural Finnish accent (when you try your best), reminds me of Italian accent.

People love our accent

If you want to hear how the average high school educated Finn sounds maybe listen to Valtteri Bottas or something. Kimi can't even speak understandable Finnish. He's a meme dude.

Not great not terrible. I intentionally didn't pick some dude who has basically no accent at all. For example Kasperi Kapanen speaks like a native along with some other young hockey players.

My gymnasium's English teachers were very adamant about drilling correct stress into our heads.

unironically jealous of him
I have an austr*lianised accent

Of course I can read subtitles, but why would I even bother? If I feel like reading I read a book, not a movie.

You must be jesting, I have a hard time imagining anyone other than edgy zoomers mixing english into their speech, but that is common anywhere

>but we still use north germanic languages in kindergarten and most manatory schools
Nobody speaks English anywhere. Unless if foreigners are somewho involved. To say that we use our own language "in kindergarten and most schools" is more than just misleading. The picture it paints is far away from the truth.

Just bantz, calm down.

There's a timeline out there where I speak like an Icelandic gentleman from the 1950s

But that timeline was permanently robbed from me when I was introduced to cartoon network
