He is being judged, since 1995 he is in the senate, so he has protection and they have to vote him out of it, wich won't happen. Also unlike usa, the supreme court isn't independent, it has clear bias towards peronismo, like now thay they have kicked out the guys in charge of judging crisrina, and will replace them with kirchneristas
what about that guy that got suicided under cfk or that jewish center bombing?
>Also unlike usa, the supreme court isn't independent, it has clear bias towards peronismo, like now thay they have kicked out the guys in charge of judging crisrina, and will replace them with kirchneristas
lmao this is hilarious on so many levels
menem is in the senate? the more you know
work your way down from Korea.
Crazy how he managed to be a Senator and President at the same time
definitely /our guy/
The guy believes the Supreme Court can remove and appoint judges as well.
Can't blame him, judging by that grammar he's probably an underage that skims through headlines and pretends to have a grasp on political intrigue. I felt the same way when I realized I was about to turn 18 and "was supposed to have a political stance"
Took me a while to start actually reading the fine print
1988 election I think

I think ex president miguel de la madrid already admitted before he died it was fraudulent, everyone always knew, I think Mexico is a society with very few real secrets. Everyone knows the secrets somehow.
>1 hour vid
I'm not watching all that, summarize it in one word
>In 1991, the ruling PRI and the opposition PAN approved a motion to burn all the ballots, therefore removing all evidence of the fraud
Odd, why would the opposition approve of burning literal physical evidence of their rival's fuckery? Not like keeping a few million pieces of paper takes a lot of resources. Most public libraries manage it just fine
PRI gave PAN some states in exchange for their back up. Besides PAN is definitely right, PRI is more center right, the party that was victim of fraud PRD is definitely left, so PAN preferred to be ruled by PRI than PRD.

>Magistrate Ko Wai-hung ruled out suicide and homicide as possible causes for Chan's death as the evidence was insufficient to support this.

The AZF factory explosion, in Toulouse, was a terror attack done by Muslims.
Around 100 deaths and 2500 injured.
The government said it was an accident and basically covered the case, probably because of a mix of insurance costs (2 billions euros, the State has to pay when it's terror attacks) and out of scare it could make the French hate sandniggers.
some rioter killed herself and the rest chimped out about it...
they blame the popo and I don't get it either
when was this and where are the proofs?
The Executive tried to reassign a couple judges (not from the actual SC, but from a different court). The Judiciary came out a few days later sending those judges on "vacation" temporarily while they solve the issue. Meanwhile they told the Executive to back the fuck off.
The Executive also tried to have a new chief of the prosecution approved, just like the previous administration. And just like them, they didn't get the minimum 2/3rds of the Senate. They've been trying to pull a major reform in which only +50% of the votes would be needed instead, but I very much doubt that's going to get the approval.
All in all the Executive has been stopped in their tracks whenever they tried to pull some shit with the Judiciary. Last outroar regarding the SC I remember is when Macri got two judges into it via decree instead of having it approved by the Senate like usual, using an obscure article in the constitution. This brings the balance in the Court to 2 Macri era judges, 2 Kirchner era judges and one >Duhalde judge. By all means the SC isn't nearly as partisan as some (you) people think. Especially when you start seeing their votes.
What was she rioting about?
her mom got pepper sprayed or something
Altalena Affair and uss liberty
ashkenazim killing their own kin and allies because of communism and mental illness
10 days after 9/11.
Proofs are that a worker, a Muslim guy with a completely new worksuit, perfumed and manucured, wearing several pieces of underwear (like suicide bombers, to protect their private parts from the explosion because muh 72 virgins) put "by accident" several hundred of kilos of some toxic powder on a stockpile of tons of another magic powder leading to an explosion.
There were also arrests of several Muslims fleeing the scene afterwards, charges dropped it seems.
As early as the day of the explosion, they were saying it is an accident. Toulouse's mayor reported to hqve said "if Paris wants it to be an accident, it is an accident".
The worker's corpse was observed by a doctor, the police didn't question him during their investigations.
The police didn't even investigate the dude's appartment, they waited until his belongings were taken out (like wtf).
Oh and also, some of the medical expertise disappeared from the investigation file.
Plus there was a revendication from an islamic group.
The police prefered to investigate the hypothesis of an asteroid, lol.
>wearing several pieces of underwear
Isn't that standard procedure
