Start slow
For example i used to eat 3 servings of rice. I reduced to 2 and a half first and then slowly to 2 then finally 1 and a half.
Also drink lots of water to compensate for hunger. Try intermittent fasting if possible, it worked for me.

you dont have to stop overeating, you just need to go to practice an exhausting sport, like kickbox. After few days of training your stomach will ballance the food and you want have the desire to overeat anymore. Hollanf is well know for recruting best kickboxers around the world, so you must have a gym arround you.
Learn the nutritional value of each food you eat.

Only then you'll realize how unbelievably wrong you eat

Iimit yourself to 2 small meals a day.
Don't make more food than you can hold in one hand. Make sure that you feel very hungry before every meal and after every meal you feel unsatisfied, then you likely are eating little enough to lose weight.
Eat high protein, low fat foods (chicken, lentils, brown rice, etc...)
Do more exercise. Try to do enough to make you sweat and be out of breath every day. Slowly increase to more exercise when you are able to do the previous day's without being exhausted.
That's what I am doing right now and I've lost a shit ton of weight. It's also not super intensive so you will be unlikely to quit.

For 182cm, your weight isn't bad at all. Unless you have zero muscle mass that's like a regular body weight. You might be skinnyfat at best
