At the end of the day it comes down to doing business and China is just not something countries can pass up on, even if pretty much everyone hates them they still need to pay them some sort of lip service to keep relations going.

According to Wikipedia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Jordan allows Uyghur refugees. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgystan also allow uyghurs but I think it's easier to them.
But lots of them are deported, does China ask for them to be deported?

Because 90% of Muslim countries are poor shitholes with no business taking any kind of refugee. The other 10% are sadistic oil barons who would probably just use them to fill up their rapechambers (at least the young boys. Women would be killed as Arabs like to see dick swinging when they fuck)

Egypt is a normal route for Uyghurs. They usually enter Africa via Egypt and stay in Egypt, some others try to go to other North African countries but they are usually deported.

I don't actually know but most Muslim countries are dictatorships where the opinion of the people doesn't matter, these are just regimes looking out for their interests.
If the people had a say in this then I'm sure all Muslim-majority countries would offer to host Uyghurs.
