Trying to go to sleep at 4:00, iy would be earlier than in weeks. Lately I've gone to bed between 5:00 and 10:00. Well, I'm usually in bed, but you get what I mean.

I woke up at 6pm today. Probably going to bed around noon. Since I practically never see the sun or have any obligations whatsoever it doesn't even feel weird.

Wake up early, even if you have nothing to do a good sleep schedule is healthier if nothing else.

I slept at 7am today

I woke at 12:00 today, it was beautiful sunny wheather, but didn't step out until it was 18:00, dark and cold :(

If there was no Sun, people would live in something like 30h wake/dream cycle.

I'm not so sure. I always struggled to fall asleep, even as a child. Spending an hour or two just rolling in bed and still being tired in the morning was more or less the norm. Now I go to bed when I feel sleepy, wake up when I don't and sometimes it takes only seconds for me to fall asleep.
Maybe there's some long-term drawbacks, I don't know, but I'd still recommend it to others.

I do a full 24hour rotation every month, unvoluntarily. I just go to sleep 1 hour later every other day and then it happens.

online uni has been stressing me the fuck out and jiggling my sleep schedule, fuck this shit

The fucked up thing for me is that I pretty much always sleep 6h unless I have severe sleep deprivation. So I normally go to sleep between 2:00 and 5:00 and wake up between 8:00 and 11:00 respectively, but when I have to sleep in a group in a cabin for example and have to go down at 24:00, I wake up at 6:00 and annoy everyone by trying to wake them up with breakfast while they try to sleep.

I go to sleep around 10:30 then wake up around 6 AM every day

Been under stress lately so I've been having sleeping problems

yes, and tonight i was going to fix it.
no nap after dinner, pushing myself to stay awake until midnight, then sleep all night and wake up happy at 6:30
but no, customer calls at 00:30, emergency so i head out, 1h drive, get shit going, stare at a computer for 2 hours then drive home in a zombie state. now i chill with beer and food at 6 in the morning. fuck sleep schedules, it never works out anyway.

For me, a healthy lifestyle that includes a good eating/sleeping schedule is possible only if I work no more than part time and have no other commitments, or study part time with no other commitments.
If I were you I couldn't maintain a sleep schedule honestly.

I used to work 2 jobs and study full time and the stress was too much so I quit my two jobs. But for 6ish months afterwards I was nocturnal just as a medium term reaction to the stress from before. I've fixed it now though.

I fixed it by going to bed 1/2hr earlier every day. When I started, I was waking up at 11:30pm. It took a while but now I'm waking up at 530 every day so I can exercise outside while it's still quiet. You can do it lads.

By the way I was failing all my classes and only worked the second job for about 2 months. And was doing 3 shifts per week max. I was also borderline crazy just from the stress.

Kinda. The past few weeks have probably been some of the most stressful in my whole life.

Yes, I broke my foot, and the pain makes it difficult to fall asleep. I'm not taking any pain medication, because I'm also trying to be less of a pussy, so my plan is to learn to ignore/overcome the pain. But it's not going very well so far. I'm still too mentally-weak. Maybe tonight will be different.

I woke up at 7am and went to sleep at 12pm yesterday. Even if I'm not properly employed, I feel much better this way

last few days ive been having like waking dreams, maybe like 1 hour max a night of actual unconscious sleep. really weird. basically the days are blending together right now and its getting freaky.

Lol I used to do the same . After this rotation I temporarily woke up extremely early for some days till I fucked up the circle again.
Thanks God I got married and these circles are non existent nowadays.
