They either okay, but can't speak russian at all or they can speak russian, but they're delusional with religion or give you very stupid basic advises, such as - you're not getting enough vitamin D, not moving enough, not socialising enough and etc.

When covid popped off and I got a month off work I was thriving in my creativeness constantly picking up new hobbies and interests and actually being able to keep going at them without feeling burnt out. When returning to work I quickly lost interest in weeks due to mental and physical fatigue from wageslaving
