Have you ever used google translate? It doesn't know when the meaning of a word changes due to the context it's used in, so it usually comes up with some really weird translations. Also, if you don't know english you'd have to put every post through google translate just to lurk here.

Where did I say that retards? I'm perfectly willing to acknowledge other people are bilingual. I just wanted to know of everyone on Zig Forums is genuinely bilingual or if there are people on the site who get by using translation.

I am able to write an entire article in english, but with fluency you mean speaking and pronunciation, right? I have no fucking idea of how to say all of these words.

To answer your question, I think most people here are at least somewhat fluent in English. You can tell when people are using google translate or other similar translating apps, because they look like absolute retards. The only flags with English that bad are Japan and worst Korea, but I suspect that most of them are proxies, Davido-kun's and larping tourists.
