what should i say to anger an american? i get into internet arguments with them often and when they get angry they usually result to insulting my nationality or appearance or whatever, how can i insult their nationality back? i know i can call them circumcised but are there any other things i could tell them?

These types are usually too slow to understand any sort of intelligent insult so something on their level would hurt the most. They obviously have some sort of underlying insecurity that causes them to behave this way so I would start fishing to find out what it is. Ex girlfriend that cheated on him or shitty family life would be my guess. You could also start insulting his fake hard guy internet persona and let him know flipping off the camera doesn't hide the fact he is a bitch. These seem like basic high school insults, but you have to remember the type of person you're dealing with. It will have a psychological impact.
