mostly eat queso campesino, mozzarella for melting, or parmesan from dressing. When it comes to premium cheeses I like blue and feta but rarely eat them

I can't afford anything fancier than Camembert

I only eat Midwestern and Italian cheese

pic related is from my state we make the best cheese and ice-cream in the entire united states

It's good for mass produced stuff, it's certainly not the best

I love Brie cheese, blue cheese, Camembert. Hell, any french cheese is good cheese.

It changes quite a bit from place to place, but "the big three" in Curitiba are mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta. "Parmesan" is slightly misleading as it's actually a descendant of grana padano, a similar cheese.

Other cheese I've found here:
>requeijão - it's a ricotta + milk cream soft cheese. Quite good actually, specially alongside chicken
>prato - poor man's mozzarella
>gorgonzola - I love it, but it's a trigger for picky eaters

Even the ones that smell like feet?

that's a weird looking marshmallow.

Blue cheese, feta, aged smoked gouda, cheddar, parmigiano reggiano, pecorino are some of my faves. I really like most strong tasting cheeses.

Specially the ones that smell like feet

Swiss

we have a similar looking one called queso 7 cueros
