I remember reading One Piece as a kid more than 20 years ago. It was already translated and published in french. One of the first manga I read with Dragon Ball and Black Jack. The anime was also broadcasted later, but I never really watched it though.

You country have a strong tradition in translating mangás, right? I read somewhere that France and Brazil were the first to translate Alita/Gunnm, but here it was because of the Japanese population.
