People keep posting this, but I have yet to see a link to this bill and all the articles i've read about it mention nothing about "police being able to enter someone's home without any reason."

Basically the measures to fight the pandemic have been based on a very broad and general law that enables the government to do "whatever is neccessary to fight the pandemic". It's from way before corona and existed so that the government would be able to react quickly to the situation. But because it is so vague the courts have said that it is problematic to just use the law for months on end to justify anything you do. So the parliament has specified the measures the government can take, basically narrowing down what they can do. This keeps the government in check and adds democratic legitimacy.
Qanon tards don't understand this, of course.
