Honestly? You gotta be born with it. And by that, I mean be genuinely interested and you naturally do it for fun in your feee time and naturally think about it alot.

Same with music. Same with art. Same with science. Same with athletics.

Can it be taught? Sure. Is it generally realistic? No. It's basically impossible for anybody to force themselves to do something they don't even enjoy for a decade.
