This I make a few trades a day on a small TDA portfolio and never had any issues with waiting for cash to settle Sometimes its annoying but just wait a day
Why are people trying to compare this crash to 2008 and other previous crashes? Obviously, the other crashes were manmade or due to financial negligence but this year's crash was due to a natural phenomena which is the coronavirus. It's going to be a V-shaped recovery isn't it?
>Obviously, the other crashes were manmade or due to financial negligence So is this one. >It's going to be a V-shaped recovery isn't it? no. everything is fucked, but stocks will go up because free money
Dominic King
Right. That’s why I said he has to wait for cash to settle. If he makes 6 day trades but each trade only uses 10% of his cash then he’s golden
Jonathan Hughes
Why is there an entire thread dedicated to tankers? I thought that meme was over. Are they just bag holders or is there a real play?
Easton Williams
Dunno. Is this actually "news" or is it something everyone expected?
Could be due to the new cases of COVID19 in Wuhan, some worrying overt that.
It was triggered by a health emergency, but the conditions for the recession were in place. But yes, V-shaped is still one of my base cases.
Asher Martinez
Its cope

Whichever datacenter REIT that hosts Reddit's servers.
Kayden Reed
because they are midwits trying to justify shorting the bottom
I figured because I was immediately filtered for asking why they’re shilling tankers after contango ended.
Jayden Jenkins
Should I liquidate the majority of my energy stocks to go all in on $OKE?
Henry Martin
A whole thread full of sunk cost fallacy retards. It will only disappear once every single one of them gets margin called and winds up destitute. But even then they will be screaming about muh best quarter ever and muh special divvies
Colton Jackson
>the other crashes were manmade or due to financial negligence >it's not manmade >it's not due to financial negligence topkek
Brayden Sanchez
>being rational means someone shorted the bottom Oh, so it's bait.
I don't really look at my brokerage account that much. I just pull up the S&P,T,DIS or MRO tickers on google from time to time. If the S&P is green, hey all good for me. I've made more money. Why those tickers? Cause that's where the bulk of my investment money is.
Kevin Brooks
I heard it will be a Z shaped recovery

I think I’m Addicted to penny stocks

Here’s a hot tip: many of the problems from 2008 have not been fixed.
The market needed a correction and the virus was a perfect excuse to do so.
Cause there's more to life than just obsessing over every little what have you that happens to your investments. Some people get so addicted to micro managing shit that they forget that there's more to life than just that.
Thomas Clark
I’m just doing my civic duty by trying to make them realize how retarded they sound

That's a cute frogator
Hunter Reed
And all the bigboys bought the dips that you sold.
>WFC is a gamble I like to think of them as a small hedge against an actual V shaped recovery.
Wyatt Richardson
Looks like the lunch downturn is here. Buy your cheapies while its down and prepare for the post lunch pump.
Bentley Baker
the expiration dates are way too soon
why would you do that to yourself
Easton Rodriguez

Jaxon Long
The real crash hasnt even begun yet. We are in 2007 cope and delusion. 2008 is just around the corner.
Adam Parker
Basedo
Liam Gray
Sadly but true. 2008 looked fine too and everyone believed the V shape recovery meme

>massive deleveraging >bag dumping gets mixed in, because why not Not sure how that can be fake and gay, but you do have good tastes.
They're going to trade them, definitely, they'll work both the buy and sell side to their advantage. But they're not going to keep markets afloat any longer than it suits them, and they'll be the first to exit if it suits them.
Yeah I unfortunately agree as well. It’s painful to be mostly cash but I think it’s the right choice in the long run. Now simply is a bad time to enter the market.
