Reminder glucose is brain fuel and its absence decreases reaction time. Sugar increases willpower. The only use for low carb is if you are an anxiety ridden mess like looking for more peace. Take stimulants, stop masturbating, conserve sexual fluids on general (no sex no fantasy, no looking at even bad thumbnails), read all the time, go for walks, do short bursts of cardiovascular exercise, take saunas, consume nicotine, listen to music and play chess if you want to improve your brain. Fuck cumbrains and midwits.
Has /biz ever tried a low carb diet?
Based
ur body can make glucose u fucking druggie
Not enough for my big brain.
What about fat soluble vitamins, omega 3, d etc. Foods like Mackerel. This is brain food right. Normie carb diet is poor complex and easily absorb-able nutrients. carbs give good quick energy but especially if you are not active not sure if they are a good choice.
From carbs I get quick bright energy. Fats I get smooth energy with wellbeing feeling.
I fast daily so I usually have zero carbs
Glucose and omega 3 gang.
As mentioned earlier, only problem is I don't feel tired at night on low carb. I spend a lot of time not moving though, if I excercised more I think I would probably feel more tired at night even on low carb.. But when eating lots of carbs, I don't even need to move around at all and I feel like sleeping easy.
I normally eat ribeyes and salmon by the way, every day. Ribeye for breakfast around 4;30 ideally and salmon for lunch around 12 with glucose in between, sometimes a burger in between if very burdened. I used to eat sardines but I noticed inflammation which I associate with the tyramine and histamine content . Mackerel has too much potential toxins and the phospholipids are destroyed with the high heat processing. If you want PS your only common option are chicken hearts and cooking destoys PS. The only way to safely cook them without denaturing the PS is to sous vide them. I eat a salad without protein for dinner.
