It's really that bad. Sorry. Would love to help, but I think you should do what I suggested. Spend the $30/month and reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn and get some feedback. This is an unhireable resume, honestly. It's clear you have some skills, I'll update below.
If you're in "IT" it doesn't really matter. A guy works above me that didn't finish high school and he's beyond brilliant. Literally an autistic psycho, but brilliant and does his job. Degrees mean nothing if you'r exceptional.
